Side meetings

For side meetings organised by participants during the course of the conference, 4–9 September 2022, the EMS has reserved three extra rooms free of charge for the side meeting organiser(s).

Room SR1-2 with 20 seats in U-shape, room SR3 with a capacity of 10 seats in U-shape, and SR b-IT with up to 30 seats. The assignment will depend on the estimated participants number.

These rooms are not available for booking as an extension of a session. These kinds of requests will automatically be withdrawn.

Please note, that every participant of a side meeting must be registered for the EMS Annual Meeting 2022.

All rooms are equipped with a data projector (beamer). A laptop is not provided and must be brought by the organizer of the side meeting.

Please study the side meeting overview below before you make a reservation. Your request will be handled by Copernicus Meetings on a first come-first served basis. Your side meeting will be scheduled in the next few days. You will only be contacted by us in case any questions may arise.
